hey guys! its been awhile i know...but i've been pretty busy...not really i'm just obsessed with the sims and myspace...so thats where all my free time goes...

newho...last week was fantabulous!

You know...school happened...pretty normal...but i didn't have a lot of homework and Thursday I got to spend all day in Commerce at Spanish UIL Competition! I got to see my good 'ole pal Lizzy who goes to college up there and works at the Student Center...so that was pretty sweet i tell ya what...although i pretty much sucked in my event...it was a WHOLE bunch of fun! I hung out with Rae, Amanda, Catlin, Ghausia, and a lot of my other really good friends ALL DAY! and they basically just let us do whatever we wanted around campus when we were done with our events. i must say...it was a good time. :)

Then we got Friday off at school! but i ended up doing school work anyway. My whole day was basically dedicated to the world experience project we are working on over the 1950's. Our group has fads and fashion so Friday i went downtown with my group. We tried on all kinds of different old 50's outfits that we found in shops downtown like My Sister's Closet and the Salvation Army Thrift Store and we took pictures. Then I went home ate lunch, went running, then I made a magazine on the computer with all our pictures in it. i must say it was PRETTY NIFTY!!!

Saturday I woke up ate lunch, watched Mulan 2 on the Disney channel...cheesy but i like that stuff :D. then i did some homework, got the sims2 family fun stuff expansion pack FINALLY!!!!, took my sister to a birthday party because my parents were chaperoning at my sister's prom, and then i went home, played the sims2 then i worked on my biology.

Sunday i went to sunday school and church, ate lunch with tha fam at  Yen Zing, went home, read my book for world experience, went to the office, cleaned it, came home, played the sims2 and slept. yay!

Yesterday was pretty good...i went to school, had a shack test that i'm pretty sure i failed..but other than that....i've realized that with the end of school comes a wave of lazyness in the sea of life...wow that was pretty profound...anyway i just dont feel like doing work anymore...unless its fun work...like projects...i like projects. but anyway after school i had flash practice, then i took kristen to get her car at auto doc (no office run because kristen did it for me! yay!) then i went to the bank, cashed my check, went to walmart, and bought stuff for my newly found ipod!!! oh man i dont think i've told the story on here yet. but let me tell ya...this is what went down. not last weekend but the weekend before last, i went to camp grace with my church and to a CCYM meeting, if i havent done a blog on it i probably should and will soon. But newayz...i left both my ipod and my cell phone at the retreat center that we were at for CCYM. BUT the good news is they are as we speak mailing them to me and i should get them in a couple of days. well i found that out monday...and i was so excited that i went to wal-mart and bought a voice recorder and speaker for my ipod. after that little adventure, i went home, did my homework, wathced what about brian, and went to bed.

This morning i woke up early, at 5:30 to be exact! I woke up early because i have an ISM interview today and i wanted to look nice...so i did my hair nice and everything and when i was done getting ready i had a lot of time left so i played the sims2...i ended up playing for like...2 hours. it was pretty nice. then i got to school today...and i went to algebra2....i did a worksheet there...it wasnt too fun. logan hit me on the head...and it hurt. then i went to world experience and all we did in there was work on our projects and then the next period 2 groups presented. but martin and justin decided to beat me up in that class...for some reason everyone has been hitting me today!!! what's up with that?! well anyway, now i'm in BCIS and i'm supposed to be working on a power point presentation...but i dont want to...so i'm writing this blog...

well i think this has officially been the longest blog in the history of the universe so i think its about time to quit typing...ttyl!!!

this week and this weekend have been...amazing.

oh my goodness.

i almost had nothing to do this week except for taks.

i went home early almost every day, and it was just...wonderful.

i had a lot of me time, and a lot of time to play the sims2 which...if you know me is one of my favorite past times.

also this weekend i went to a CCYM meeting.

i was kind of nervous about going to this meeting because i had to ride with bennett.

i thought "man this is gonna be...akward".

but it really wasnt. it was actually really cool. we had a lot of fun.

the meeting was good too. i met a lot of people and had a really good time.

after the meeting me and bennett went to our annual church retreat where the confirmands are introduced to the youth.

it is called camp grace.

it was SO much fun.

i had such an AMAZING time.

i LOVE my youth group and EVERYONE in it.

no joke.

i even led a worship and was pretty excited about that.

oh yeah...and during insider/outsider, i cried.

because...my sister is a senior.

and i had to talk about her.

and it just hit me that she was going to be leaving.

and i NEVER cry.

i am NOT emotional like that.

but...i did.

i katie perkins, cried.

and...

i love my sister mucho grande. i have no idea what i am going to do without her.

but i got to spend so much time with her this weekend and it makes me happy to know that i still have the rest of the summer to bug and annoy her. lol. just kidding. i wont bug and annoy her...that much anyway. lol.

well anyway this weekend was great.

and i am so high on life right now.
